Shipping Policy

Down East EZ, LLC understands not all products are for everyone. Thus, we recommend new customers order a free sample to understand the value of our products. We believe free samples will reduce or eliminate customer support, refund, returns and inquires. Down East EZ, LLC uses the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship free samples via first class mail. Free samples are shipped three (3) to five (5) business days from when the order is received. Sample are shipped in a stamped envelope. No tracking number will be provided for free samples. Down East EZ, LLC does not charge a shipping and handling fee for free samples. We limit one set of free samples mailing per US address. We reserve the right to refuse free sample to any customer at our discretion.

Dow East EZ, LLC often ships product with in 24 hours. However, occasional we require three (3) to five (5) business days to process orders. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex in recycled corrugated card board boxes. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Tracking numbers will be supplied via email when the product is shipped. Down East EZ, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen products during shipping or delivery. I your order arrives broken or incomplete please review our Refund / Return Policy.

Refund / Return Policy

If you find the product you received was broken, incomplete or not for you in any way please email Customer Support at pmachenry@outlook.com within thirty (30) days of delivery. Explain the issue(s) including photos if possible. Down East EZ, LLC will make every effort to fulfill your order at our cost. We will refund your purchase 100% if we are unable to correct the issue in a timely manner.
